This ZP Piston Seal is a high-performance combined piston sealing assembly, an integrated double-acting seal for hydraulic cylinders. It is composed of wear-resistant PTFE sliding rings, NBR/FKM elastic pre-tightening elements and anti-extrusion rings, with a compact combined structure. Made of premium PTFE filled with carbon fiber or glass fiber, NBR nitrile rubber and FKM fluorine rubber, it realizes double-direction sealing without leakage, low friction and no crawling. It has excellent wear resistance and high pressure resistance, prevents extrusion damage under heavy load, maintains stable sealing performance and prolongs the service life of hydraulic cylinders. It is widely used in hydraulic piston cylinders, high-pressure plunger pumps, engineering machinery, injection molding machines and heavy-duty hydraulic systems.
