This Gel Ring is a two-way composite piston seal, composed of a PTFE sliding ring and an NBR/FKM elastic O-ring preload element. Made of premium PTFE filled with carbon fiber or glass fiber, NBR nitrile rubber and FKM fluorine rubber, it realizes bidirectional leakage-free sealing. It has the characteristics of ultra-low friction, wear resistance, high pressure resistance and wide temperature adaptation, eliminates crawling phenomenon and maintains stable sealing under long-term high-speed operation. It is widely used in hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic equipment, high-pressure plunger pumps, engineering machinery and automation equipment.
